Paper Marbling with Nataliia Dragunova - Historical Patterns

After doing the introductory course with Nataliia some months before, it was great to have another go, this time trying out historical styles. Nataliia was great at explaining the different techniques and troubleshooting.

I recently attended both the Introduction to Marbling in the morning and the Historical Patterns class in the afternoon. Both Sheila and Nataliia were incredibly helpful, upbeat and encouraging. I had a magical experience and I now have a collection of beautiful marbled samples that I created! I'll definitely be back. Thanks so much.

This advanced class is perfect for anyone who wants to move from experimenting with paper marbling to refining their craft by learning classical patterns that have been used for centuries. I would recommend this class to anyone who has done Nataliia's beginners course or has some familiarity with paper marbling. Nataliia is an excellent teacher and paper marbling with new people is a very nice way to spend an afternoon.

The class was so enjoyable, Natalia is an excellent and patient teacher. This was a great opportunity to build upon the skills and knowledge learned in the introduction class.

It was very interesting to see the various steps involved in creating each marbled pattern. We started with the most basic, then transformed this in different ways to create additional patterns, and by the end of the class were creating the most complex patterns. It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, the time flew by!
