Class Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellation policy for bookings made from 28th November 2025

Changes or cancellations must be emailed to info@libertiespapers.ie  

• Free cancellation with refund with at least 21 full days notice.
• Free change of date or change of class with 14 full days or more notice.
• Loss or 50% of full cost of class if cancellation is less than 21 days but more than 7 full  days from the date of the class.*
• Loss of full cost of class if cancellation is made less than 7 full days before the date of the class.*

*If you cancel the class within 21 days of the date of the class and we have a waiting list for that class and we can fill the booking you cancelled, we will give you a full credit for another class or purchase of materials in the shop.

For special group classes at another venue there is a free cancellation with refund with 14 days full notice.  We will try our best to accommodate a change of date if a cancellation is made within 7 days. There is no refund given and no changes allowed less than 7 days.
