Lokta Orange Ochre A4 "sale"

This paper was €.70 per A4 sheet. We have a new range of Nepalese lokta papers with a wider range of colours and we're clearing this limited stock. 

This is a wonderful ecological paper. Made by hand in the foothills of the Himalayas, it gives local rural skilled employment especially for women. The crop of lokta is harvested from the bark of the lokta bush each year, and its growth prevents soil erosion and is an important biological reservoir.

This A4 sheet has 4 cut edges. 30gsm

The large sheets 51 x 76cm have 4 deckle edges, 30gsm.

From the image you will see that each sheet has unique imperfections, not uncommon in a handmade paper.

Suitable for bookbinding, calligraphy and many types of crafting and card making.
